About The Position

A true Job Captain is expected to bring at least 5 years of experience in multifamily residential projects. The role requires independently producing drawing sets, providing redlines to technical designers, and researching applicable building codes. Supporting the Project Coordinator or Project Manager with permitting processes and consultant communications, especially with MEP firms, is also essential. While client communication may occasionally occur, it is generally limited.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of architectural experience in multi-family projects.
• Minimum of 4 years Revit experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Working knowledge of building construction types I, III, and V.
• Strong understanding of IBC, CBC, and disabled access requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Good understanding of consultant drawings and systems.
• Ability to hand sketch details prior to producing Revit drawings.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• California licensed Architect or on track to become licensed is preferred.

Responsibilities
