About The Position

OneFourTwo is a full-service design firm. Our team provides services including Creative Design, Project Management, Master Planning, Interior Design, and Structural Analysis and Engineering. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Job Captain to join us in our New York office and collaborate on commercial design projects from concept through construction phases. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field required, plus 5+ years of relevant design experience
  • Experience producing construction drawings in Revit is required
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling and rendering software (Rhino, Enscape, Lumion), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience attending client meetings and coordinating across all phases of design

Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial architecture projects from beginning to completion by interfacing with clients and project teams on budget, schedule, and work plans
  • Research building codes and local zoning requirements
  • Prepare presentation drawings and diagrams to clearly convey design ideas
  • Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction
