Java Developer
About The Position
BAE Systems is looking for skilled Java Developers to support a complex software and systems modernization integration program for our customer. These Java Developers will be responsible for design, development, deployment and maintenance of applications as a member of our agile team across a sophisticated enterprise computing infrastructure including end-point devices, data center hosted servers, multi-Cloud services as well as virtualized applications, and storage systems. The Developers will also review and recommend test plans as well as execute test cases. The position is on a hybrid work arrangement. Remote work arrangement will be considered on a case by case basis.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT and Software Development experience
- Extensive experience in Java, Spring, Javascript and SQL
- Experience working in AWS, Cloud and Windows environments
- Previous experience doing fullstack development
- Ability to support multiple software applications
- Ability to work within different project methodologies
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must be US Citizen with ability to pass background check
