About The Position
The Budd Group is seeking a 2nd Shift Janitorial Team Lead for a facility in the DOWNTOWN area of Charleston. Free Parking Upon Issue of a Badge HOURS: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM Days: Monday through Friday Pay: $18.00 - $22.00/hr DOE As a Janitorial Team Lead, you will: Lead and supervise a Team of custodial staff Coordinate daily cleaning tasks and shift coverage Conducting walkthroughs and inspections to ensure quality standards This is a WORKING SUPERVISOR role. Will be hands on at times performing cleaning duties. That includes: trash removal, dusting, restroom sanitation, vacuuming, and more Communicating effectively with the Account Manager and Team. Foster a positive, team oriented work environment
Requirements
- Candidate must have prior experience in Management or Leadership.
- 3-5 verifiable janitorial experience required to be considered for the position
- Candidates with NO janitorial or NO management will not be contacted or considered
- Passion for client and employee relations
- Time management and task prioritization
- Attendance and punctuality is critical to be successful in the role
