Katsam is looking for a Janitorial Operations Supervisor to lead our dedicated crews across the St. Louis area. What You’ll Do Lead and support a large team of part-time and full-time janitorial employees across multiple buildings. Build and maintain consistent schedules to ensure coverage during planned and unplanned absences. Monitor quality standards and crew performance — hold your team accountable with care and clarity. Partner with customers and account managers to maintain satisfaction and resolve concerns within 24 hours. Track and report facility-level results, including staffing, payroll, overtime, and profitability. Maintain adequate inventory and supplies so teams can focus on service — not shortages. Foster a “Team First” culture built on accountability, dependability, and a welcoming, positive attitude. What Success Looks Like ✅ < 5% monthly turnover ✅ < 5% payroll tied to overtime ✅ < 3 customer complaints per month with 24-hour resolution ✅ 90%+ account retention ✅ Monthly profit reporting completed and accurate What You Bring 5+ years in janitorial, facility, or operations supervision (multi-site leadership a plus) Proven success scheduling teams and managing labor budgets Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to hire, train, and lead with minimal oversight Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Tech-savvy with mobile communication and reporting tools Why Katsam? Requirements
- 5+ years in janitorial, facility, or operations supervision (multi-site leadership a plus)
