Requirements

• Proven experience in janitorial or facilities management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if managing multiple sites)
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff across multiple sites
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Train and mentor staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Handle client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
• Prepare reports on operational performance and staff productivity
