We have an opportunity for you to join the team as a Janitor! The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain a clean and presentable facility by overseeing the overall upkeep and appearance of our building, with a focus on the office and common areas. We offer a supportive work environment and the opportunity to contribute to the overall appearance and functionality of our facility. Requirements

• Possess or be working toward a High School Diploma/GED
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
• Able to use standard cleaning equipment
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of office spaces and common areas
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
• Clean, sanitize, and ensure restrooms are stocked
• Maintain cleanliness of windows, doors, and other surfaces
• Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies inventory
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned
