The ITS Epic Application Analyst III (EPIC Grand Central/Prelude/Cadence) will have primary responsibility for design, build/configuration, testing, validation, and ongoing support/troubleshooting of the Epic Grand Central/Cadence modules and other identified associated applications. They will be responsible for leading major application-related projects and initiatives as well as obtaining and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the application functionality and acquiring/utilizing knowledge of operational workflows used with the Epic system. The Analyst will follow internal CareConnect build, change control and issue management policies and procedures. They will complete in depth and precise investigation and documentation of operational specifications and application functionality to deliver on expected outcomes. Attention to detail and customer focus are critical skills for this position. Successful candidates enjoy helping others learn and adopt usage of the application. They will work closely with Patient Access and Revenue Cycle Systems, system vendors, consultants, all CareConnect applications teams, and technical services to troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
