ITM Teller
About The Position
Operates an ITM by providing prompt, efficient and accurate customer service and teller transactions; represents the Bank in a courteous, professional manner alert to customer needs, cross-sells bank products and refers customers to appropriate staff; provides training and assistance to customers of Internet and telephone/mobile banking; assists with ACH activities. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic Accounting knowledge.
- Strong verbal, written and telephone/video communication skills.
- Computer skills keyboard skills, knowledge of various computer programs, word processing software, spreadsheet software, email and use of the Internet.
- Must be comfortable being on camera and communicating with customers via video monitors.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- NCRC Certification minimum level of Bronze
- Satisfactory Credit Bureau and Background Reporting.
