About The Position

Primary Purpose of this Position: Support technology users in the company with a wide variety of tasks. Essential Job Functions: Set up workstations (desktops, monitors, phones). Handle support issues from users. Support DWS’ camera systems. Order IT supplies and equipment. Other tasks as directed by the IT Administrator. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Requirements

• Above average hardware and software skills
• Ability to problem-solve
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
• Reliable in both attendance and completion of tasks
• Willingness to learn and a passion for technology
• Ability to read, write, and perform higher arithmetic computations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers, decimals and fractions.
• Ability to understand and carry out semi-complicated verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to use computer applications included in Office 365.
• Ability to possess pride in own workmanship, demonstrate attention to detail, and work safely.
• Ability to multi-task.
• High School degree or equivalent.
