About The Position

Provides first-level technical support to Eleos staff across multiple locations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues related to Microsoft Windows desktop, servers, networks, VOIP, and related technologies. This role involves help desk triage, remote and onsite troubleshooting, documentation, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years’ customer-oriented experience
  • A+, Network+, or Security+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
  • Knowledge of Windows 11/10/8/7
  • Exposure to Windows Server
  • Exposure to Active Directory
  • Knowledge of network fundamentals
  • Understanding of help desk ticketing systems
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and follow-through
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Must maintain valid Florida driver’s license, transportation, and insurance

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows troubleshooting
  • Experience with basic networking
  • Experience with desktop support
