Learn More About EASJob PurposeThe IT Specialist provides front-line technical support under the direction of the IT Manager, EAS. This position is responsible for receiving, prioritizing, diagnosing, and resolving user issues related to hardware, software, networking, secure communications, and endpoint systems within a regulated manufacturing environment. The role includes service desk ticket management, endpoint deployment and lifecycle support, coordination with enterprise IT and cybersecurity teams, and ensuring compliance with ITAR, CUI, and company security policies. The IT Specialist operates in an environment requiring strict adherence to data protection, access control, and cybersecurity standards.
