Support technology users in the company with a wide variety of tasks.
Requirements
- Above average hardware and software skills
- Ability to problem-solve
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
- Reliable in both attendance and completion of tasks
- Willingness to learn and a passion for technology
- Ability to read, write, and perform higher arithmetic computations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers, decimals and fractions.
- Ability to understand and carry out semi-complicated verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to use computer applications included in Office 365.
- Ability to possess pride in own workmanship, demonstrate attention to detail, and work safely.
- Ability to multi-task.
- High School degree or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Set up workstations (desktops, monitors, phones).
- Handle support issues from users.
- Support DWS’ camera systems.
- Order IT supplies and equipment.
- Other tasks as directed by the IT Administrator.
