Requirements

Proven experience in a field services or technical support role.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both medical and non-technical staff.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications preferred.
Must be able to lift, move, and install computer equipment, including desktops, laptops, monitors, and peripherals.

Responsibilities

Perform laptop and desktop refresh activities, including hardware installation, software configuration, and troubleshooting.
Provide reliable on-site technical support to end users.
Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate documentation of equipment inventory, service requests, and completed work.
Collaborate closely with IT team members to escalate and resolve technical issues as needed.
Support IT initiatives such as deployments, upgrades, and hardware replacements.
