About The Position

Great careers begin with great opportunities! The Child Development Center (CDC) in Casper, Wyoming, is currently seeking a caring and energetic IT Technician to join our team beginning immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for front-line technical support for the organization's computer systems, hardware, and software. This role will work directly with third-party vendors for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting end-user devices and assisting with basic network operations. The technician supports staff with technology-related issues, ensures reliable system performance, and helps maintain a secure and efficient IT environment. This position provides courteous and responsive technical support, ensuring all staff and management receive clear and empathetic assistance. Work hours 8:00 - 4:00 p.m., Mon-Fri, including some hours in the summer months. Full benefit package available. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of an extensive background investigation and drug screening. The Child Development Center exists to provide premiere, family-focused, developmentally appropriate services for children, from newborn to age twenty-one. Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related role preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of an extensive background investigation and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred
