This is a full-time, on-site position at our Mt Dora studio

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is a plus.
2+ years of experience in computer networks and system maintenance.
A+, Linux, or Cisco Certified Network Associate accreditation is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Proficient in database programming and software installation.
Attention to detail.
Good problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively communicate in English.

Nice To Haves

A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is a plus.
A+, Linux, or Cisco Certified Network Associate accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Ensuring electrical safety standards are met.
Repairing and replacing damaged hardware.
Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.
Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
Performing tests and evaluations of new software and hardware.
Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
Conducting daily backup operations.
Managing technical documentation.
Provide training and support to end users and staff on computer operation and other issues.
Provide guidance to junior members of the team if required.
Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex PC problems for a variety of end users, and recommend and implement corrective hardware solutions, including off-site repair as needed.
Construct, install, and test customized configurations based on various platforms and operating systems.
Contribute to team efforts and perform additional tasks to support department goals as needed.
