About The Position

We’re currently looking for an IT Technician to join a fast-paced enterprise environment where you’ll play a key role in supporting end users and keeping daily operations running smoothly. In this position, you’ll work directly with employees to troubleshoot workstation issues, respond to help desk tickets, and assist with upgrades and replacements of desktops, laptops, and tablets. If you enjoy solving technical problems and providing excellent customer service, this is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related IT experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience imaging workstations using Microsoft SCCM/MECM
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or higher certification
  • macOS certification
  • CompTIA A+ certification

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and related IT equipment within an enterprise environment.
  • Respond promptly to support requests submitted through a web-based help desk ticketing system.
  • Work directly with end users to coordinate and schedule workstation upgrades or replacements.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues affecting workstation performance and functionality.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform imaging and re-imaging of user workstations using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
