About The Position

The County of Adams IT department is searching for someone to provide technical support for all end users and their devices as well as ensuring they have the necessary hardware and software. You will be also be responsible for manning the IT help desk on a rotating basis and utilizing the County's work order system. Our ideal candidate is someone who is driven by a desire to help others solve problems and will be patient and resourceful when dealing with end users.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass multi-level background check
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Knowledge and experience working with technology used in a professional environment

Nice To Haves

• Entry level technician certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for all end users and their devices
• Ensure end users have the necessary hardware and software
• Man the IT help desk on a rotating basis
• Utilize the County's work order system
