Additionally, this position utilizes global processes and tools to achieve the end results. The Application Support Analyst goal is to achieve total end-user satisfaction for technical issues by possessing exceptional customer service skills, willingness to work overtime, and most importantly working as a team. The shift for this position will be 11am - 8pm Monday - Friday. During the 6 weeks training shift will be 8am-5pm This is onsite Greensboro Uptime Center daily (not hybrid) 3-5 years of experience in performing analytical, technical, and administrative work in efforts to support local end-users, remote end-users, and production lines Solid understanding of TCP/IP and networking principles Excellent Customer service skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong organizational skills Strong interpersonal skills Strong analytical ability to troubleshoot complex problems Solid Microsoft environment knowledge Desire to learn and be part of a team Listed salary ranges may vary based on experience, qualifications, and local market. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in performing analytical, technical, and administrative work in efforts to support local end-users, remote end-users, and production lines
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP and networking principles
  • Excellent Customer service skills

  • Strong organizational skills
