What You’ll Do As our IT Business Systems Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. You’ll partner across departments and with vendors to optimize performance and enhance the user experience.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience supporting business applications (financial institution experience preferred)
Associate degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison with our core banking system provider
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity
Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements for performance and security
Act as a subject matter expert on business applications and system functionality
Support system implementations, improvements, and regulatory updates
Administer user access and ensure proper security controls
Assist with disaster recovery planning and testing
Develop documentation, training materials, and user guides
Provide responsive support and occasional after-hours/on-call assistance
