Requirements

7+ years of hands-on experience with JDA MMS on AS400/IBM i.
Strong knowledge of retail merchandising processes and best practices.
Experience with RPG/CL, SQL, batch jobs, and system integrations preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead troubleshooting, upgrades, and production support in large-scale retail environments.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical and functional expert for JDA MMS, including items, pricing, promotions, markdowns, inventory, and sales audit.
Manage AS400/IBM i batch processing, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize performance to ensure reliability.
Lead system enhancements, configurations, and integrations with POS, E-commerce, WMS, and reporting systems.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, perform testing, and support production deployment.
Maintain strong controls, auditability, and data accuracy across merchandising and financial processes.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and system upgrades.
