About The Position

The IT Systems Analyst serves as a critical component of Inogen's Team, focusing on Oracle ERP systems within the Supply Chain and Operations domains. This role demands expertise in Oracle Production Processes, Supply chain and Manufacturing modules, Depot Repair, Quality and Procurement modules. The ideal candidate will also possess strong capabilities in Oracle SQL, enabling efficient data manipulation and analysis, crucial for supporting ERP-CRM integration and portal technology. This position supports business user interviews, lead discovery sessions, collect business requirements, create business system solutions, and provide ongoing business system functional support to assigned business area. The IT Systems Analyst will apply functional knowledge in the implementation and administration of standard and custom business system functionalities. This role will work closely with other members of the IT team and 3rd party vendor partners to analyze business processes, propose business process & system improvements. Lead project teams to implement technical solutions and provide ongoing management & support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years administration, technical support, design, development and test experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, BI Publisher Reports, Shell Scripts and interfaces.
  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite, Reports, APIs, CRM, or similar enterprise systems, with functional support, design, and testing experience.
  • 5 years of experience leading project teams and developing solution designs.
  • 3 years of experience in Hybrid or Agile business system implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Oracle, ECBA, CCBA, or CBAP certification (or 5+ years as an IT Systems Analyst).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

  • Operations experience with Business Intelligence, Oracle & Tableau Reports, Master Data Management, and EDI.
  • Knowledge of data integration tools (e.g., Oracle Data Integrator, Informatica, etc.) to facilitate smooth data flow between ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
  • Expertise in Supply Chain with SOP, MRP, Logistics integration with parcel mgmt. solutions such as Ship Exec, and other enterprise-scale MRP and Shipping applications.
  • Experience with testing methodologies (e.g., User Acceptance Testing, regression testing) and an understanding of quality assurance processes for software deployment.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and practices for IT service management, including incident, change, and problem management.

Responsibilities

  • Experience in Supply Chain processes such as Procurement, Depot Repairs, Production Planning & Execution, MRP, Warehousing.
  • Lead integration of Oracle ERP modules (including Procurement) with CRM platforms and business portals, ensuring data connectivity and streamlined operations.
  • Collaborate with Operations Management to identify and prioritize process bottlenecks, supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Deep experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite R12.1.x and R12.2.x, specifically in: Discrete Manufacturing, Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Install Base, Depot Repair, Work in Process, Bills of Materials, Quality, Service Contracts, Advanced Pricing, Asset Tracking, Oracle Shipping.
  • Knowledge of third-party shipping integrations such as UPS & Ship Exec.
  • Translate corporate Manufacturing and Supply Chain best practices into detailed system requirements.
  • Provide specialized support for Oracle's Depot Repair module, managing system updates and continuous improvements.
  • Support and optimize Oracle ERP modules for Production Processes, Quality, and Procurement through regular system updates and enhancements.
  • Use Oracle SQL for data querying, reporting, and analysis to support system optimization and decision-making.
  • Create detailed process descriptions, use cases, and workflows to improve and integrate manufacturing and operations functions.
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with project managers and teams to meet deadlines.
  • Develop training programs, create user documentation, and provide help desk support.
  • Work with IT, operations, and business teams to ensure seamless integrations and system solutions aligned with strategic goals.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, HIPAA, and ITIL practices.
  • Manage documentation for business processes, system requirements, and IT projects, including the change management lifecycle.
  • Recommend and implement workflow improvements.
  • Lead internal testing of new or enhanced functionalities and guide users through the testing process.
  • Collaborate with Business stake holder and design interactive dashboards and reports to track key operational metrics (e.g., Shipping/ Fulfillment Reports) using Oracle and Tableau.
