IT Systems Administrator Under the direction of the IT department at our parent company in Germany, the IT Systems Administrator’s main responsibility is to ensure smooth and efficient computer systems in our company through regular assessment of existing technology, identifying areas for improvement, and implementation of new systems and software. This role is also responsible for troubleshooting technology issues and supporting the team with technology problems or onboarding of new technological equipment.
