Requirements

  • Some work experience and/or education in a computer-related field
  • Prefer upbeat self-starter who can work independent of direct supervision

Nice To Haves

  • A+ and Linux+ certifications are preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide help desk support
  • Respond to the technical needs of the central office and satellite office staff
  • Troubleshoot PC issues
  • Install PC hardware at all sites
  • Complete fee-for-service assignments
  • Assist with server infrastructure upgrades
  • Provide printer support
  • Remotely manage PCs
  • Ensure staff PCs are updated regularly
