About The Position

The IT Support position will provide back-up support to the IT Department.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of technical help desk/support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of desktop systems, software, and hardware.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of network protocols.
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Escalate complex problems and collaborate with teams for resolution.
  • Install, configure, and update software/hardware.
  • Maintain accurate help desk records.
