Amentum is seeking IT Support Technicians to support their DHS customer at regional CONUS and OCONUS facilities. They are pipelining candidates for future roles in San Diego, CA; Tucson, AZ; Portland, OR; and St. Louis, MO. The role involves providing Tier 2 IT help desk support, assisting with hardware and software troubleshooting, and providing video teleconferencing and remote support. Candidates should have experience with Windows operating systems (including patching and updates), Active Directory, data encryption, and backup software, along with exceptional customer service skills.
