About The Position

Lumera Healthcare is growing fast, and we need a hands-on IT Support Technician who can take ownership of our technology across multiple clinic locations. If you’re the type who can set up a workstation, troubleshoot a network issue, configure a firewall, and keep systems secure — we want to talk to you.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years in IT support / desktop / network roles
  • Strong with Windows (10/11) and PC setup
  • Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls)
  • Experience with PC imaging and deployment
  • Comfortable being on-site and hands-on
  • Valid driver’s license (local travel required)

Responsibilities

  • Set up and support PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Build and deploy standard images for new systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Maintain Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Ensure systems are secure, patched, and running smoothly
  • Handle user onboarding (devices, access, setup)
  • Do real, hands-on work: installs, cabling, moving equipment
  • Travel locally to support nearby clinic locations
