The IT Support Technician’s primary responsibility is to provide technical software, hardware, telephone, printer, and audio/video conferencing support to firm employees and guests. This role participates in a rotating on-call schedule that may include after-hours and weekend support. This position is fully onsite in our Los Angeles, California office, Monday through Friday. After one year of successful performance, there may be an opportunity to shift into a hybrid schedule at the discretion of management.
