About The Position

C2O is seeking a reliable Part-Time IT Support Technician to support our team in the Houston Energy Corridor. This position is available for immediate hire and has the potential to grow into a full-time role. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems and helping employees stay productive. The IT Support Technician provides hands-on technical assistance to end-users and serves as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. The technician will also be responsible for configuring, installing, and maintaining office workstations, ensuring that systems are secure, updated, and fully operational.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other office equipment
  • Configure, install, and maintain office workstations and user devices
  • Ensure systems are updated, secure, and functioning properly
  • Assist employees with technical questions and day-to-day IT issues
  • Document issues and resolutions in the help desk or support system
  • Escalate complex technical issues when necessary
