About The Position

This position in Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, in the office which is located in Nazareth, PA. This opportunity does not allow for a WFH or hybrid schedule.
ASGCO has an IT Support Tech position open for someone with a great positive attitude and excels at working in Information Technology operations that helps drive the business. Requirements

• Associate degree or bachelor's Degree; Computer Science, CIS, or related field
• 1- 3 years of experience providing first level support for IT systems in a corporate setting, including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents
• 1- 3 years of experience in software installation and support
• Basic understanding of the IOS and Android OS
• Expertise in Microsoft windows and office products
• Must be able to successfully pass a post offer drug test and background check

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with the following hardware and software is a plus: Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, Mobility Unity platform & RFGen, Veeam backup software, and Mitel phone systems.
• Experience or background with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides first level support to resolve problems with products and applications by meeting customer service standards (i.e., displaying a positive attitude, actively listening, taking ownership, leveraging knowledge, communicating clearly)
• Analyzes and prioritizes incoming requests
• Attempts to resolve problems by applying documented solutions
• Routes problems as necessary to appropriate resources (i.e., support team, vendor)
• Provides status updates
• Runs and terminates network cables
• Performs documented break/fix repairs on PCs, thin clients, printers, servers, mobile devices, and held devices and software applications
• Interacts with third party hardware and/or software vendors by initiating and supporting vendor services as necessary
