Responsible for supporting the daily IT functions for the Division of Continuum of Care in the Department of Pediatrics, by providing training, technical assistance with computer issues within the CoC clinic and administration. You will be responsible for developing, managing and maintaining the CoC website. Upload brochures and training materials to the CoC website. Provide training in new systems, software, new and upcoming technology and UNM policies and procedures concerning IT management as they become available through UNM and HSLIC. The duties for this position listed as follows: Telehealth secure Zoom – Maintain, install and upgrade telehealth equipment. Install and maintain telehealth equipment. Prepare telehealth equipment for patient visits, trainings, and meetings. Assess and diagnose issues on site/off site locations. May need to assist via phone or virtual format to walk others through to resolve the issue. Imaging – Will be required to image computers/laptops as needed. Training will be required via HSC-IT. Website – Must have experience with UNM Cascade for maintaining, designing and updating CoC website as needed. Stay current on all UNM policies and procedures concerning university website usage. Assure that the information on the website is following the UNM/HSC policies and procedures; as well as the DOH contract stipulations by loading all presentations and training videos to the website. In Person/Hybrid Trainings - Help to setup and prepare for all CoC trainings. Provide technical support and setup equipment for all trainings (i.e., sound system, projectors, laptops and PCs). Assist staff in the use and navigation of software used to prepare presentations i.e. publisher and power point presentations. Assist Videographers with training setup and provide assistance while training is in session. See the Position Description for additional information.
