The IT Support Specialist (Contractor) reports to the Sr. Director of Information Technology and provides hands-on support for the organization’s IT environment. This role delivers Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, including workstation provisioning, application deployment, peripheral support, and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues. The position also assists with more advanced technical problems and supports device management and system administration activities. This is a 100% on-site role with a fixed schedule, offering practical experience in a fast-paced IT environment.
