About The Position

Job Summary: The IT Support Specialist provides technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network systems across the organization. This role ensures timely resolution of technical issues, maintains IT infrastructure, and supports end-users to enable efficient business operations. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Provide responsive, high-quality support for hardware, software, and network issues. Configure and deploy workstations, accounts, and tools for new hires. Maintain and enhance IT infrastructure in collaboration with the IT team. Manage IT inventory and procurement processes. Document support activities and ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards. Prioritize and resolve incidents in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs). Report and escalate security incidents as necessary. Expectations: Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism in all interactions. Adhere to company IT policies, security protocols, and compliance requirements. Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions. Support continuous improvement by identifying and recommending process enhancements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on IT support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 11 Pro, Windows Server 2019, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and virtualization technologies.
  • Familiarity with networking, mobile device management, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Experience in multi-site environments and POS systems.
