As an IT Support Specialist at our beautiful Washington D.C. office, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all local IT needs. In this hands-on role, you'll ensure a seamless and high-quality IT support experience for our executive team and staff by resolving technical issues, managing hardware and software provisioning, and maintaining the overall IT environment.
