About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our global IT team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining our IT and SaaS infrastructure, providing hands-on support to employees worldwide, and ensuring secure, efficient operations across all systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure management (global environment preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, networking, and security tools.
  • Hands-on experience with automation (PowerShell, Zapier, Power Automate).
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
  • Self-learning, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support for Windows & macOS users.
  • Manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and more.
  • Handle firewall, VPN, and endpoint security (ESET, Defender).
  • Support and monitor IT assets, licenses, and SaaS tools (Freshservice, Zapier, TeamViewer).
  • Manage virtualization and container environments (Hyper-V, Docker).
  • Contribute to IT automation and process improvement.
