About The Position

The IT Support Specialist is an entry-level role responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to end users across the organization. This position focuses on endpoint setup and support, user account management, onboarding and offboarding, and basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and office technology. The role works closely with IT Operations, Security, and business users, providing hands-on support while maintaining accurate documentation and ticket records.

Requirements

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience supporting Windows operating systems
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office 365 Admin Center
  • Familiarity with endpoint management and MDM solutions
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or the equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, image, and deploy new computers and peripherals
  • Own and maintain the imaging process including master images and software updates
  • Create, modify, and disable user accounts as part of onboarding and offboarding
  • Perform password resets and access troubleshooting
  • Provide Microsoft 365 and Office 365 end-user support
  • Assist with workstation, printer, and A/V setup and troubleshooting
  • Support mobile devices and endpoint management using MDM tools
  • Maintain accurate asset and inventory records
  • Provide one-on-one user support, in person and remotely
  • Track daily work in Ticketing System
  • Document IT processes and procedures
  • Escalate complex issues as needed
