About The Position

This position blends customer-facing service , technical troubleshooting , and light office coordination . The ideal candidate enjoys solving IT issues, speaking with customers, and operating independently in a small office setting.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree required
  • Prior customer service experience (help desk, tech support, hospitality, etc.)
  • Confident communicating with customers both over the phone and in person
  • IT technical skills including: IP phones, cameras, networking PC troubleshooting and diagnostics
  • Proficiency with: Microsoft Office Google Workspace Common PC diagnostic tools
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and solution-driven mindset

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process sales, technical, and customer service requests via: Phone Email
  • Lead and coordinate support ticket resolution
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support
  • Troubleshoot IT-related issues including: IP phones & camera systems Wi-Fi and wired network installation PC hardware & software diagnostics
  • Visit clients as needed for support service calls
  • Manage daily operational needs for a small two-person office environment
