About The Position

As an IT Support Specialist at SIXT, you will play a critical role in supporting the stability and performance of the technology that powers our premium customer experience. Reporting to IT leadership and partnering closely with branch Operations teams, you will serve as the frontline technical expert ensuring seamless day-to-day rental activity across the region. This role is ideal for hands-on IT professionals who thrive in fast-paced, operational environments and enjoy solving technical issues that directly impact business performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Education & Experience – You bring 2+ years of IT support, field service, or service desk experience, ideally within a multi-site or operational environment
  • Technical Knowledge – You have strong experience with Windows systems, Microsoft 365, hardware troubleshooting, and basic network connectivity concepts
  • Problem-Solving & Organization – You are structured in diagnosing issues, capable of managing multiple support requests simultaneously, and committed to maintaining high system reliability
  • Customer Service & Communication – You communicate clearly and professionally, maintaining a service-oriented mindset when supporting branch teams
  • Mobility & Authorization – You are based in Tulsa, OK, have a valid driver’s license, are authorized to work in the United States, and are available for regional travel as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications (Preferred) – CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications; multi-site support experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • You provide hands-on technical support to branch employees across the region, ensuring systems remain operational and downtime is minimized
  • You troubleshoot desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, and other operational peripherals with speed and accuracy
  • You install, configure, and deploy IT equipment in accordance with SIXT standards, security policies, and asset management guidelines
  • You support new branch openings by validating device setup, network connectivity, and overall IT readiness prior to launch
  • You document incidents, resolutions, and root causes accurately in ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems to maintain visibility and accountability
  • You collaborate with Operations, Facilities, and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues quickly and proactively identify recurring improvement opportunities
