IT Support Specialist

Requirements
- 1+ year of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Teams.
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and adaptable personality.
- Excellent communication and service orientation.
- Comfort working onsite with occasional travel to other locations.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support for end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 and Teams.
- Set up and support workstations, printers, and other equipment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT processes.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory.
