We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the technological systems of our company to ensure all employees have the proper working resources they need. Your duties includes hands-on troubleshooting, project leadership, and end-user support, ensuring reliable and secure IT operations in alignment with organizational standards and strategic goals. Must be able to travel between different locations as needed. You might be the right candidate if: You love technology and want to share that passion with others. You have demonstrated technical experience, a background in computer science and know your way around the backend of a computer. You are innovative, resourceful and understand how systems are related and connect to each other. You enjoy troubleshooting, resolving problems, and will remain dedicated to helping staff and members, even when they “don’t get it” You understand the importance of maintaining accurate equipment inventory. You like to stay current in technology trends and news e.g., Microsoft updates, the latest software, changes in security standards, etc. Have the ability to travel to and work on site at the work at both Berkeley Heights YMCA and Summit YMCA branches
