Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Support with experience in project management.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues across multiple stores, troubleshooting advanced problems with POS systems, mobile devices, networking, telecommunications, and automation while collaborating with cross-functional IT teams.
  • Lead technology rollout and upgrade projects (POS, networking, mobile devices), ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with over 90% adoption through effective coordination, training, and follow-up support.
  • Drive continuous improvement by developing and enforcing IT standards, identifying recurring issues, and implementing long-term solutions aligned with company strategy.
  • Mentor and coach IT and retail team members, deliver training sessions, support onboarding, and promote cross-training to strengthen team capability and confidence.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to store and district leadership, communicating clearly on incidents, outages, and projects while building strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Champion security and compliance by applying updates, maintaining secure practices, and ensuring accurate documentation for audits and assessments.
