About The Position

We are looking for a motivated, tech-savvy IT Support & Infrastructure Intern to join our team in St. Louis, MO for the summer. This role is designed for someone who wants to master the Microsoft ecosystem from the ground up. You will be the first line of support for our team, ensuring our technology works seamlessly while gaining hands-on exposure to major infrastructure initiatives. If you are a problem-solver who wants to move beyond "restarting the computer" and into true systems administration and cloud infrastructure, this is your launchpad. What You'll Do: 

Requirements

  • Current Junior/Rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related IT infrastructure field
  • 2 years of demonstrated work experience required and at least 1 year working in the field related to degree, preferred
  • Foundational understanding of (or a deep desire to learn) Azure, Active Directory, and the Microsoft 365 suite
  • Persistent and resourceful when troubleshooting IT issues - you don't just fix a problem; you want to know why it happened
  • Possess strong communication skills when explaining technical solutions to non-technical people with patience and clarity
  • Has a people first approach and understands IT Support is a customer service role

Responsibilities

  • Primary Support Desk: Act as the first point of contact for internal technology issues and troubleshoot Windows 11, Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint), and hardware peripherals.
  • M365 Administration: Get under the hood of the Microsoft stack and assist with user provisioning, license management, and security group configurations.
  • Infrastructure Initiatives: You won't just be closing tickets, you will shadow and assist our Desktop Support Team on key projects with cloud migrations, network upgrades, and endpoint security rollouts via Intune.
  • Hardware Lifecycle: Assist in the imaging, deployment, and maintenance of company laptops and equipment
  • Mentorship: Work directly alongside the team and get a front-row seat to how enterprise technology strategy is executed.
