As part of the Information Technology Services (ITS) team, the consultant will support end users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues. The role involves direct interaction with customers and vendors—both over the phone and in person—to ensure timely issue resolution. Responsibilities also include supporting a large, distributed environment consisting of approximately 2,800+ desktops, 100+ laptops, and 400+ networked printers/multi-function devices across various locations.
