About The Position

Access Systems, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is actively hiring an IT Support Technician. You will play a vital role in supporting our IT systems, business processes, and customer interactions—compensation up to $24/hour.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with support and troubleshooting of various IT environments.
  • Minimum of two years of related experience.
  • Effective verbal communication and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced learning environment to quickly acquire new skills.

Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of our tools and business processes, including onboarding and customer support.
  • Prioritize IT support tickets defined by our processes and procedures.
  • Monitor, maintain, and resolve issues related to servers, workstations, and network configurations.
  • Ensure complete and accurate documentation of support activities and track time spent on tasks within our ticketing system.
