About The Position

With a mission to strengthen and scale our IT operations in the US, this role is primarily execution-focused, with responsibility for running local IT support and IT operations, while contributing to security and compliance initiatives. This role is key in ensuring a reliable, secure, and efficient environment for employees as the company grows. Based in NYC, you will deliver hands-on, on-site support to employees and teams while overseeing day-to-day IT operations locally. You will report directly to the Paris-based Lead Infrastructure and work in close alignment with the current IT Manager, also based in Paris, to ensure consistent, high-quality IT support and operations across locations.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or workplace technology, preferably in fast-growing environments
  • Strong expertise in macOS environments, device lifecycle management, and end-user support
  • Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as Kandji, Fleet, Jamf, or similar tools
  • Solid understanding of identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, and user lifecycle provisioning
  • Proven ability to design, improve, and automate IT processes to scale operations effectively
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and access-related issues
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive ownership, and the ability to work effectively with remote teams while using AI tools to improve support, documentation, and operational efficiency

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or similar languages
  • Exposure to Infrastructure as Code practices and tools, such as Terraform
  • Working knowledge of compliance and security frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar standards

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day IT support across the US, with a strong on-site presence for local employees and teams in NYC
  • Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable IT operations for a growing, mostly remote workforce
  • Manage the company’s internal IT systems and toolset, including Google Workspace, identity and access management, endpoint management, and device fleet administration
  • Own the full lifecycle of company hardware, from procurement and deployment to inventory tracking, refresh, and retirement
  • Design and improve onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless and secure employee experience
  • Support security, compliance, and audit activities, including SOC 2 controls, device compliance, and IT policy management
  • Drive operational improvements through stronger processes, documentation, automation, and self-service capabilities
  • Manage external vendors and service providers to ensure quality, responsiveness, and cost-effectiveness
  • Lead IT projects from scoping to delivery and report on key metrics, incidents, and progress to leadership
