Otter Tail Corporation (OTC) is hiring an IT Support Engineer to join our Information Technology team. The IT Support Engineer supports the development, implementation, and ongoing operation of the organization’s information systems, with a strong focus on end‑user support, device management, and systems operations. Reporting to the Manager of Information Systems, this role partners closely with internal teams to provide technical support, assist with system improvements, and ensure technology effectively supports business operations across the organization. We are seeking a candidate with strong problem‑solving skills, a customer‑service mindset, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of desktop systems, operating systems, and enterprise IT environments, along with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to users.
