About The Position

The IT Support Specialist provides frontline technology support to staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the IT department. This role assists the IT Manager with helpdesk requests and technical troubleshooting. This role is ideal for a technically savvy, hands-on problem solver. The IT Support Specialist is an essential team member who ensures staff have the tools, processes, and environment they need to thrive. PreBorn! is a national leader, operator & grant maker exclusively for pregnancy clinics across the U.S. (and a few beyond)! We empower centers through training, consultations, and equipment to help rescue babies and bring mothers and their families to the saving knowledge of Christ. Requirements

  • 1–3 years of IT helpdesk or technical support experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with hardware, software, and common office technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting process rollout or project coordination.
  • Nonprofit, mission-driven organization experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar productivity suites.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for staff helpdesk requests (hardware, software, accounts, printers, connectivity, etc.).
  • Assist with workstation setup, configuration, and maintenance for new and existing employees.
  • Support the IT Manager with technology updates, inventory management, and user account administration.
  • Document IT support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Provide basic training and guidance to staff on software and technology tools.
