About The Position

GBE Alliance is comprised of a network of licensed individuals who specialize in autism spectrum disorders to provide telehealth and direct services for individuals with autism and their families-paving a way for a brighter future. We pride ourselves on being an all-encompassing resource, providing autism evaluations for a clinical diagnosis, ABA treatment, speech therapy, and occupational therapy. Experts in the field have formed an alliance to help families in Tennessee and Kentucky access high-quality, compassionate ABA services tailored to their child's unique needs. Job Summary: The IT Support Analyst provides support to business users in their use of IT equipment, networks, software, and systems to perform work responsibilities. The analyst provides hands-on and remote assistance with end-user devices, printers, networking equipment, Microsoft 365, and other software and business systems. The IT Support Analyst is primarily responsible for working with leadership and end users to meet/exceed business objectives. They may also provide general training for applications and hardware as well. The analyst acts professionally while working.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in IT, IT support, or related field
  • In-depth knowledge of IT hardware, software, and Microsoft 365
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in computer and mobile device operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, iPadOS, iOS, Android
  • Exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and people skills
  • Candidates must reside in the state of Tennessee

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications in IT training are preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or MIS is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Takes direction/supervision from management
  • Responds to client inquiries
  • Provides technical support to users
  • Configures and supports hardware, software, and networks
  • Assists in procuring new equipment and disposing of old equipment as needed/directed
  • Travels to other locations as needed/directed
