About The Position

The IT Support Analyst has overall responsibility for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting a wide range of IT-related issues for end-users across the Universal Family of Companies.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in information technology, computer, engineering,or related field, OR relevant experience.
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly analytical mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• IT Certification (A+, Network +, etc.)
• Property management experience
• Experience working with third-party consultants.

Responsibilities

• Manage routine IT ticket queues and provide in-person, phone, and chat support to end-users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Manage hardware with RMM and MDM tools.
• Troubleshoot Office 365 applications and workflows.
• Provide support for property management software.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Stay up to date with advancements in technology and industry best practices.
• Other responsibilities and projects, as assigned.
