We are currently seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our team located in Atlanta, GA. The IT Support Analyst is responsible for the quality of local technology service delivery. This position works co-operatively with the Technology Services team and other areas of the Technology department and is responsible for the implementation, maintenance and support of PC-based applications, mobile devices, infrastructure components, and telecommunications within the office, ensuring that local and firmwide systems are consistently delivered.
